So disappointed with Integrity RV Repair. I called and described my problem (leak from the shower). Shawn was here between 10-15 minutes. He said he couldn’t fix it because he wasn’t a plumber. Total charge $175. I find it hard to see how he could justify charging me that amount for the time he was here. Why didn’t Shawn explain from the start, when I first called, that he wasn’t a plumber and couldn’t repair leaks?

Called Shawn in desperation as we need to close our RV for the winter and our slide out is stuck . He spent over 45 minutes on the phone with us trying to diagnose the problem and fit us in for an appointment within a few days.
Shawn was knowledgeable and professional. He performed routine maintenance on cabin systems. He also freely shared information about avoiding future problems. We highly recommend Integrity RV and will definitely call Shawn again when in need. Update: We were about to leave for a long road trip, and when we plugged in to get our refrigerator on we found the inverter wasn't working. We called Shawn and he was there in about 30 minutes.
