ZERO STARS!! Mike Biggs is the worst. He promised to treat us like family. I feel sorry for them! He picked up our appliances, and when it was time to install them he swore he never picked them up. He promised he was going to do more work than the scope of work, and it would not cost us. ZERO STARS Do not use this company. Mike Biggs does not only steal and lies to his costumers and insurance companies, he also steals from people he hires. He owes my company thousands of dollars for work that was completed over a year ago. He won’t answer your calls and comes up with too many excuses. It’s unfortunate he continues to take advantage of customers and sub contractors.
ZERO STARS This company lies, cheats & steals from the home owners & the insurance companies. I have video of Mike Biggs lying and not finishing the job he promised to do. He owes me thousands of dollars. Don’t use this company! I’m about to turn over all of my evidence that my lawyer & I have to not only my insurance company, but to HAAG, the BBB and the other 5 Major insurance companies in Texas.
