My Name is Karl D. Calkin Sr. and I was born in New Jersey. Following my education, I went to work for my father Harry Calkin. He was a painting, sandblasting, and roofing contractor with 5 children and a great wife. That was when my real education started. He was a fair but stern man who taught me that his company was a service business and without happy, satisfied customers who believed and trusted him he would have no business at all. He taught me a base of knowledge that is my business belief to this day.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to reach Karl for days since my roof is leaking and he gave his "word" that he guarantees any leaks on the roofs he installs. He has not communicated with me or returned my calls. In fact, I feel like I'm being ignored. Meanwhile I have a leak in my roof that is not being addressed. I knew Karl & his Integrity Roofing for over 10 years. He is a very professional businessman & trustworthy. In general, any construction related project, especially re-roofing, something could go wrong causing tension between contractor & owner. The main issue is: Does the contractor respond & repair whatever he is directly responsible for. I had the roof on my townhouse done by Carl from Integrity Roofing 6 years ago. I was told it should last 10 to 20 years. It started leaking a few months ago. I call Integrity Roofing many times leaving a message each time. I finally got Carl to answer and he said he would send someone out. My wife was home and when she spoke to the man she had a hard time understanding him. He didn't speak English very well. She got the impression that everything was fine now. The roof kept leaking. They did a fabulous job replacing my metal roof in Boynton Beach. They did the job on time and actually were about 5% below their original estimate. I trust Karl and his team. Highly recommend them.
