After the heavy rain yesterday, our son told us this morning that he noticed a wet spot mark on his bedroom ceiling. We called Michael as he'd repaired a bathroom vent flashing leakage issue for us 3 weeks after we purchased our home in 2020 and again in September 2023 when we had a leakage issue. Hired to replace some rotted trim around dormers and chimney along with a few pieces of siding. Micheal started work and discovered more siding and trim were damaged than he estimated. Without seeking additional monies (bait and switch), Micheal absorbed the added material and labor cost. I’m happy!!
