I would highly recommend Integrity. Vince Kaiser was especially helpful and guided us efficiently through the whole process. The price was better than any other estimate and the work was done quickly and with great care. I was extremely happy with all the steps in the entire process and how easy Integrity made getting a new roof.

We had a great experience with John Mayo from Integrity Roofing and Painting as we replaced our roof and repaired interior damage as result of hailstorms in the area.. He helped us deal with the insurance company and walked us through what we could expect along the way. John was always professional as he managed the project and available whenever I had questions. I was very pleased with the work that was done with the roof, inside and the cleanup afterwards. I definitely recommend John and Integrity Roofing.

If I could, I would give Integrity Roofing and Painting 10 stars! Project manager John Mayo examined our roof and the underlying causes for continued leaking at the same locations as the previous owners, even though the roof had been replaced by them before we purchased the home. He made recommendations to correct these problems and worked with our insurance adjuster so that many of these repairs were covered. I could not be more pleased than I am with Integrity Roofing. Project Manager John Mayo was the best! As older people in an older house, we were not looking forward to the entire process of reproofing our home. John made the process seamless and helped at every point in the process. I worked with John Mayo to have my roof replaced. He was there every step of the way, from dealing with the insurance company and the claim process and what I could expect as we proceeded, to getting the work done. John was always available when I needed him and he even made the effort to be present with me for the claims adjusters visit. My roof was completed a couple of months ago now. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Laurence during the entire process. Ryan was professional and friendly and walked me through the entire process. He was always available by telephone if I had any questions. I did have some experience with the office staff when I dropped off checks. They were very friendly and always willing to help.
