From the initial roof inspection to filing of the insurance claim Integtity Roof Services; explained everything in detail. Getting the insurance claim took a sometime, but in the end the process worked just as Daniel explained it on the very first appointment. As soon as the insurance claim was approved work started immediately and completed in just a couple days. The quality of the work is outstanding.I highly recommend using Integriy Roof Services. Daniel from Integrity Roofing randomly stopped by one afternoon and offered a free roof inspection. I agreed and he found hail damage. We turned the claim into the insurance carrier who immediately denied the claim. A third party evaluation was conducted (initiated by the insurance company) and they agreed with the insurance carrier. Daniel was adamant that there was real hail damage and hired an attorney to fight the denial. In less than a week the insurance company settled. We now have a new roof!
