My father-in-law Juan Garcia paid integrity over 6000 dollars to fix his roof. His check got cashed but no one showed up to do the work. They will not work with us to fix this and now will not even answer the phone. If we could give 0 stars we would.
I had a wonderful experience with Integrity roof repairs. The communication is amazing. They got my build done super quick and they handled everything for me where I could continue with my daily activities. I highly recommend integrity because they stand behind their name.
They made sure me and my wife both were present through the whole process. They did a free inspection with a detailed video/photos. They show us the video of our roof then sat down with us, and helped us file the claim. Once we signed the insurance authorization integrity handled the insurance all the way through and only brought what concerned us to our attention. A week before build we sat down and went over all the build details. Our expierence was great and our roof looks amazing
