After a tree punctured our roof, I called Integrity Restoration and Mechanical Services on a Sunday morning. Within three hours, two vendors arrived to remove the tree and apply an emergency tarp, and they quickly arranged a water mitigation crew. I would give zero if I could. After a fire in 2020 this company was basically forced on us by insurance adjuster Mark Baden. Flooring was put down going wrong direction. Grout on kitchen tile is cracking and was supposedly “fixed”. Not. Electrical outlets were put in wrong places in kitchen. The painters painted over light switches and heat registers and now the paint is pealing off the ceilings in two places. I wouldn’t let this company renovate a doghouse!
