Jake with Integrity Restoration came out to inspect a recurring roof leak at our home after the builder had already sent someone out and claimed the issue had been corrected, but the leak returned. I contacted Jake with Integrity Restoration after dealing with persistent humidity and moisture problems in my two-year-old home. Jake performed a thorough inspection of the roof and attic and found that, although the attic had soffit intake vents and baffles, it had no ridge vent, roof vents, gable vents, or any other visible exhaust ventilation. We were so lucky to find Travis and Integrity Restoration when our home was hit by a tornado the week of Thanksgiving. With Integrity Restoration on our side, dealing with the insurance company was so much smoother. Our home now looks so much better, we even hired them on to remodel our back patio. No more trees on/in our home.

First of all, I gotta say that Sabrina answered my phone calls with the best customer service every time. She was very pleasant to talk to and got my questions answered very promptly, even if she had to call me back. Travis also had great communication and was very professional.
