Ty has done 3 jobs for me at 3 different times. 2 years ago, he fixed my broken heater in the winter, Fixed a toilet that 2 other plumbers could not. One of them wanted to tear the walls and floors out of my bathroom. And today he snaked out my main floor drain that had flooded my basement. He is very knowledgeable , does great work, and his prices are more than reasonable. If you need a great honest plumber or electrician, seek no further. .

I have American Home Shield, Integrity was assigned to me for service, received a call from a gentleman named George I was scheduled for the following day and no one showed up, no phone call, text and no one was answering the phone for the next few days. I left several messages till I finally called American Home Shield, they tried calling as well but were not successful. Very unreliable. Finally my service was preformed by Steinberg plumbing he came and knocked it out within an hour.

Called Ty in a pinch since my heater wasn't working. He called me back promptly and worked around my schedule to come out and diagnose it. I am a 44 min drive from him but wanted a independent hvac person and he agreed to come. He went out of his way to get the part he needed so I would have heat that day. Thanks again Ty

We recently contacted Integrity for a shower faucet replacement. From the start, Integrity was highly professional and communicative. They helped us understand the proper hardware that we needed, and were prompt with scheduling this work. When on site, they were respectful of our home, kept us updated on the installation and cleaned up after themselves. Prior to departing they made sure we understood how to operate the new fixture. I will be calling them again for future plumbing needs!

The technician was punctual and great communication. The technician was able to find root cause of our oil heat and was trying there best to come up with affordable solutions. I would highly recommend this company for your heating needs. A lot of companies out there just want to replace your system and not try to fix the core issues of a perfectly working system.
