Turn and RUN!!! We contracted with James/ Integrity plumbing, who brought on Integrity Repipe. The story changed throughout our meetings as to whether or know he was a partner in this business also. We had a full repipe. He was nearly 20% more than other companies but this being my second time going through a repipe I felt in good hands with Integrity repipe being the sub. I was wrong. Integrity Repipe did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process.

I am very pleased with the work that was done by Integrity Repipe and their team, from the estimator to the installers to the patching team. The pipes were replaced and water was running in my home in one day as estimated.

Superior customer care. I particularly valued the pricing transparency provided by the system and the lack of having to rely on a random number printed on an undefined written invoice. It's also covered by a warranty! I would strongly advise.
