Will is a phenomenal tech, others not so much. Signed a maintenance contract with Zac Hammonds. First issue we had called and were told we needed to replace our Trane system that was still under warranty. They would only charge 15k for a 3 ton unit, or we could get a leak check done to find the issue for only 5k as we were 9 lbs low of refrigerant. Called Trane, they sent another one of their dealers out and our system only holds 6 lbs, but they have no idea if we are low or not as the compressor is not working. They ar... read more
