I give them one star because of the problems I’ve had since signing my lease with them almost 10months ago we moved in and the property clearly wasn’t ready for move in which i ignored. Meaning the tub was visibly dirty (black) which they then claimed we could clean it, instead of placing blinds on the windows they had a sheet of white construction paper over the windows which they fixed eventually by getting us blinds multiple light bulbs were out since we first viewed the property not really that big of a deal also they ha... read more
Integrity Realty & Management is great. I refer business to them whenever I can when it comes to rental properties in the Castle Rock area.
Absolutely. We had a very bad experience with Integrity Realty & Management. We lived in a home in Castle Rock that they managed for a full year. Several times when we placed legitimate maintenance requests (because older properties require more maintenance) we experienced delays and encountered rude responses when we would call to follow up.
