I’ve been here for a month now and I love it. I haven’t had any issues since moving in, I’ve put in a maintenance order once for something minor and maintenance came within the same week. Christie was also a really big help with me having a busy work schedule, she worked with me and answered any questions or concerns I had, she’s honestly one of the main reasons I’m here. Even my neighbors are nice and helpful. Thank you!
Using the word “integrity” in your name when you NEVER do the right thing by your tenants is the most telling thing for this company. Put on a face and then never show up or take responsibility for your properties.. pathetic.
I must say, the applying process was very smooth, Christie was amazing! We've now been in our home for about 4 months and of course things have been downhill. I've put in numerous maintenance request that have been gone unnoticed for months. I was promise new screens for all of the windows...never happened! I've called for an exterminator to come out for a second round...Never happened!!! Zero communication with this company. I am highly disappointed but not at all surprised.
