Manufactured Home Park ownership and management changed during purchase of a unit. Current management has taken over 2 weeks to process the leasing application (despite their paperwork saying that decisions are made within 7 days), absolutely screwing up our purchase, necessitating 3 addendums to the purchase agreement. We're off to a very rocky start with IPG. Hopefully they'll put a competent manager in place.
Evan's team is great for property management. They truly bring integrity to the job.
Great, smooth application process. Very clear and understandable. There was a problem with saying the unit had A/C during the property visit, but ended up not having A/C once I met with the Landlord and agreement was signed. But overall was a good experience.
