I worked with Kim on getting into a new rental under a little bit of a time crunch. It went so smoothly and Kim was always available when I needed as well as quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I couldn’t have been more lucky than to have my renting experience handled by Kim and her team! Thank you guys!!!
During the moving out process, I asked for a recommended cleaning vendor. Shelbie gave me a recommendation that was not listed as a preferred vendor. I trusted her, as the Property Manager, to not verify on my own in the paperwork. At the move out inspection, she determined the house needed an additional cleaning and would need part of my deposit to pay for it. I am absolutely blown away by the amount of work Kim was willing to put in to help me get into a home. I'm at one of the most stressful points in my life and she was willing to do whatever was necessary in order to help me and my kids not move onto the streets. I'm serious when I say Kim is by far the most outstanding customer service rep I have ever had the please of dealing with. Seriously thank you Kim, from the bottom of my heart.
My experience with them has been exceptional thus far. Kim has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding a property and arranging everything while I am abroad. She has demonstrated great accommodation and professionalism throughout the entire process, and she is always prompt in responding to any inquiries. They are, without a doubt, the most professional property management company I have had the pleasure of working with.
Working with Kim was great. I cannot think of anyone better that I’ve worked with on my many moves.
