Kim has been very helpful and kind during our finding a house process. All of her instructions are clear and easy to follow. I like the renters portal, it’s step-by-step and makes everything easy to get started.
We had been “Shopping around” in the area and felt comfortable communicating with Kim via text over a 2 month timeframe in looking for a rental. We made several requests and she accompanied us. (Asked for video/pictures before we could get it.) We had a unique situation and she was what we like to call “a real person” who could understand over someone in automation mode.
