Great phone communication from Adriann while searching for properties, though email was best for office contact during our lease. Work orders were always completed promptly, and when we had move-out concerns Julie addressed them with satisfactory resolutions. Overall, we had a positive renting experience with Integrity!

So apparently, if you have been denied here within a year of the time you reapplied, then they actually don’t even allow you to apply per their verbal rules, but it will let you apply online and it will make you pay the application fee. Even though you’re not technically supposed to be applying. Then they will make sure to keep your application fee, knowing good and well that they couldn’t even look at your application anyway. I worked with Kim on getting into a new rental under a little bit of a time crunch. It went so smoothly and Kim was always available when I needed as well as quick to respond to my questions and concerns.
