I have been with integrity property management for about 8 months and it has been HELL since the 1st week of moving in. First and foremost when I seen the place they had holes in the walls and floors covered up. My apartment is infested with rodents I have addressed my concerns many time with them and they never had the exterminator come bomb the place. It smells like mice urine in the hallway. One week notice of big snow storm. No salt put down in front of house (sidewalk and the parking lot). I had to buy and put it myself. I contacted and asked for help. They only shoveled the street since it's a law. Cars still buried in the parking lot. I called at 10am... its 5pm now. FYI all main roads have been cleared since 12pm
