Tim Kane and team have been super helpful for our HOA, especially given how hard it is to find folks to do repairs in town. They are one of the most reliable teams I've ever worked with.
What a terrible example of "management" we 've experienced in trying to get some semblance of professionalism from this company. When you call them on a Friday morning and their outbound voice message says "we'll be closed Friday through Monday" after being told that same Thursday that someone would call you back Friday, you KNOW that you that can't expect good things from this shady company. Let's hope you're not forced to deal with them as we are. Otherwise, We'd never recommend their service to anyone.
Integrity Properties has been wonderful both as a HOA Manager and handling my individual unit property management needs. They are attentive, responsible and friendly. I highly recommend them for your property management services!
