So my experience at 808 State Street was horrible from the building being infested with cockroaches, to the roof (if you live on the 3rd floor) pouring in water any time it rained. When I moved in I could tell the carpets hadn’t been shampooed, which I noticed you are charged $150.00 when you move out to “shampoo” them. After I personally shampooed them 4 times with my own carpet shampooer I finally got the results I liked to feel ok to move my stuff in. I rent from 806 state street and I have had nothing but positive interactions with both management and also the maintenance staff. They have taken my handful of maintenance requests so quickly and the maintenance guy has done a great job fixing the things I had trouble with. The property outside could be cleaner, but one or more of the tenants don't know how to make sure their garbage makes it to the dumpster. Not the fault of the property managers at all. I would live there forever if I could. Management was very nice, caring and understanding of everything I mentioned and asked for. They responded with manners and are very easy to work with. The apartments are very affordable and in a good neighborhood. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to rent.
As a homeowner, I've really enjoyed working with Integrity. I feel that they advocate for my renters very well, and always get back to me within hours when I have questions. They take a lot of pride in customer service, both to me and to my renters. Very glad we made the switch to them!
I submitted and paid the renters application for one of there apartments. I didnt here anything until about two weeks later I decided to text the property manager. He told me I was declined and couldn't tell me a reason. He said that I should receive a letter in the mail. Needless to say I'm still waiting. I'm brand new to renting and maybe this is normal... But I wouldn't think so. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. I'm probably glad that I am not renting from this company.
