I only employed them for 4 months. 2 of those months they double charged my card charging per visit then the month as a whole and were slow and argumentative about the refunding the money. The service was inconsistent at the best of times. Several times having to call them and ask why they had not been out to service our pool only to be given excuses about broken trucks, staff changes, broken vacuumm and being told "i really just clean pools" when asked questions about the chemicals... I purchased the Tahitian spa July 2018 and have been totally happy using it almost daily for most of each year. The water pumps work great with more than enough water pressure to handle all the seats. I was apprehensive about ordering online; but now have no regrets purchasing it online. I shopped around for spas, in Las Vegas, and hands down, no one was able to come close to competing with all the amenities that come with the Tahitian or the price.
