Spoke with Craig and when I started to inquire about a spool installation, he told me that he "thought that he already had spoken with my builder already today. When I asked who it was, he said that he didn't remember because he didn't take any notes, just that they had discussed specs and what not. Randy failed to do his job properly and then blamed the client instead of taking responsibility for his mistakes. He was rude, unprofessional, and overall very unpleasant to work with.

Randy and his team are the top notch pool contractor in Denver and the surrounding mountain areas. As a custom home builder, having built (3) pools with IPB, I can attest to their professionalism and quality. Randy recently circumvented a complicated permitting issue relating to water rights on behalf of my client with success. I will continue to work with IPB for the remainder of my career. I am working on a project for a hotel with a pool project. Super surprised at how rude Integrity Pool Builders was to me for simply inquiring about a project. I had inquired if they do work for pool decks. The gentleman on the phone told me they don't do commercial work or maintenance. I had noted that their website has pages for both. He said, "yea, i'm aware". Fair enough. Great to see they have good reviews overall on here. I just wouldn't trust their website. Maybe they're downsizing.
