Integrity Pool Builders are rude and unprofessional and don’t show up. Do not use this company. There are much better pool companies out there. The kid that came out was disrespectful and recommended something that was not necessary when I questioned him he was rude and said WE WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU! These guys threatened legal action if you look at the other reviews... STAY CLEAR OF these guys - This is a real review- they may have changed and only work on pools they build NOW...they act like its not a review of their comp... read more
IPB has done a fantastic job with my weekly pool maintenance. Samantha and Mason have been very communicative and my weekly tech always sends photos and info regarding my freshly cleaned pool. Very happy with this service!
Absolutely amazing job!! Did everything in there power to meet deadlines for graduation party and changed our backyard to be the spot for our family to enjoy!!! Randy and his team crushed it!!
Great owner, great company and great employees. They are all wonderful people to work with who are very professional and they definitely know what they are doing. We designed & built our pool through IPB (Integrity Pool Builders) about 4 years ago and all maintenance has been handled including winterization since the beginning. We love them and love working with them.
We used integrity to build our pool two years ago and have continued to use them for our weekly service and Maintence. They are wonderful! Always very responsive when I send an email and quick to get us on the schedule if something out of the ordinary is happening. We used another Maintence company for a short month and ran back to integrity and haven't ever looked back!
