Randy failed to do his job properly and then blamed the client instead of taking responsibility for his mistakes. He was rude, unprofessional, and overall very unpleasant to work with.

Randy and his team are the top notch pool contractor in Denver and the surrounding mountain areas. As a custom home builder, having built (3) pools with IPB, I can attest to their professionalism and quality. Randy recently circumvented a complicated permitting issue relating to water rights on behalf of my client with success. I will continue to work with IPB for the remainder of my career. I am working on a project for a hotel with a pool project. Super surprised at how rude Integrity Pool Builders was to me for simply inquiring about a project. I had inquired if they do work for pool decks. The gentleman on the phone told me they don't do commercial work or maintenance. I had noted that their website has pages for both.
