Ive been using Integrity Pools for over 10 Years for construction and Service. Randy and his Crew are awesome, Knowledgeable, Courteous and keep their work area clean. Ive had three pools built and The Pool that Randy Jr built is by fare the best we have had. Randy JR Will go above and beyond, Called him up on the weekend and he personally came over.
All of my experiences with Integrity Pool Builders have been fantastic. Recently, I had the cover on my automatic cover come out of the track. I was worried because I had a party scheduled for that evening. No problem, Samantha had Nick the service technician respond within hours. Nick was quick and efficient and saved the day getting the cover back in service. This is seriously a great company that does care about their customers. Thanks to the team at Integrity for your quick response.
Integrity Pool Builders are rude and unprofessional and don’t show up. Do not use this company. There are much better pool companies out there. The kid that came out was disrespectful and recommended something that was not necessary when I questioned him he was rude and said WE WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU! These guys threatened legal action if you look at the other reviews... STAY CLEAR OF these guys - This is a real review- they may have changed and only work on pools they build NOW...they act like its not a review of their comp... read more
IPB has done a fantastic job with my weekly pool maintenance. Samantha and Mason have been very communicative and my weekly tech always sends photos and info regarding my freshly cleaned pool. Very happy with this service!
Absolutely amazing job!! Did everything in there power to meet deadlines for graduation party and changed our backyard to be the spot for our family to enjoy!!! Randy and his team crushed it!!
