Avoid agent Heather Miner at all cost!!! Not only will she lie and mislead you, she will also manage to make you lose a lot of money! Absolutely the worst real estate agent I have ever encountered!
Sidni was super committed to support me and my family on finding our house, she was always available to answer my inquires and direct me on the best way to negotiate the house I desired, it looked like I got 24/7 support, it wasn’t an easy process for reasons out of her control, but she stayed with us and made it happen.
The company name is very misleading. I purchased my forst house 4 years ago and the amount of lies I was told to get me to buy the house is overwhelming. I don't remember the ladies name, but she tried to talk me out of doing a home inspection. When I got the inspection there was multiple electrical issues which could have caused a fire. 2nd she told me the gas fire place was new, which it didn't work and found out later it was over 10 years old. Working with Sharon Lunn on a house in Irwin was nothing short of amazing. Her competence, ethics and attention to detail are at the very highest level.
