RecommendedThe staff is friendly, professional and understanding! I’ve been renting through them for 3 years now and I have never had an issue. If there is something that needs to be repaired they are quick to send someone out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking to rent a home.
I got charged for carpet cleaning, after renting a professional machine and cleaning them all, spending many hours. Including cleaning a stain that was there when we moved in. When I asked why.....it was because they thought I used a small machine. So.... Not based on the condition of the carpet, but based on a misunderstanding of HOW they got clean. Wow They took over 20% ( over $1000 ) of the deposit for that and "dusting and baseboards".
