Did a good job. No bullshit. However, they had to do additional work and never told me how much more it would be... So I ended up paying $1000 more than anticipated.
Very disappointed with Integrity Plumbing & Drain Service. They quoted me one price over the phone, but when the work was done, the final bill was nearly double with all kinds of “extra charges” I was never told about. I felt completely taken advantage of.
I expected better from a company with “Integrity” in its name. The work quality was poor, and they didn’t stand behind their service. After multiple calls about the same issue, they kept giving excuses instead of actually fixing the problem. I had to hire another plumber to finish the job correctly
The service was terrible. The plumber had a bad attitude, didn’t explain what he was doing, and acted like my questions were a bother. After all that, the drain is still slow, and I basically paid for nothing. I won’t be calling them again.
