We first used them after a disreputable national HVAC chain overflowed our system and tried to convince us we needed an entirely new unit. Integrity came out, correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed the other company’s mistake, drained the backed-up refrigerant that had jammed the system, and got everything working again with a relatively small repair instead of an unnecessary replacement. They trashed my business tore up the toilet in the middle of a business day without permission, then left mud and dirt all through my waiting room, left a ceiling tile out and left a mess in my bathroom floor and they call themselves integrity ??? Would never want them in my business again !!! Plumbers should leave the place looking like it was when they arrived. Very disappointed and mad that I lost money yesterday !!!
