Very professional staff, explained everything to my 12 yo daughter who is afraid of needles. Very confident in placement, skill, cleanliness. Nice selection of earrings for piercing. Would recommend. The ball back earring is much more comfortable to sleep in, and care instructions are clear and gentle.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shop is very clean and comfortable. Dayna did my tragus piercing. Super quick and painless (relatively.) Would absolutely recommend Chrissy or Dayna for piercing, I know both do great work (from experience.) Thank you again...I will be back!

DIscrete, clean, calming, and informative.... I would also say, "really great for First piercing and apprehensive, uptight people, like me." :) Very happy with the service and atmosphere... Was not necessary for me but I actually enjoyed the fact that they run the sterilization process with you present so you can see.... as well as actually engage in conversation during that down time. I don't think they do tattoos though. If they did, I would get my first done there!!!
