The best, most caring physical therapy and wellness facility in the state!
I had such a wonderful experience with Kayla at Integrity Physical Therapy and Wellness. She helped set up a stretching and strengthening program for me to use at home, using weights and bands, and now I have the tools to gradually increase my strength. Kayla is a very fine teacher, and is patient, attentive, and thorough. I highly recommend her!

Had constant sciatica pain for two months with no relief. I tried all different stretches, ice, heat and exercised and nothing worked.
