They were great at first, then we got sent bad machine after bad machine. Then the software started to glitch on a daily basis. We are on the phone every single week with a new problem. Customer service dropped dramatically and their tone shifted when pleading for a product that actually works.
Terrible!!!!!!! I was with Slice for 4 years using the Clover Duo never had any issues. I sign up with Payroc purchased a brand new Clovet Duo and have had issues. Few months after getting it a Data Faulty Switch Error so Payroc swapped it out under Warranty then a couple months later the Clover System just stops working. I called and they won’t take care of it because they state the warranty only allows 1 swap out and I have to buy another brand new system.
