Wow, wow, I met my new Nurse Practitioner and for the 1st time they really brought in the best person for this location. Mr., Samir Hamel Is the best person they've ever had at this location. No offense to others, but wow. He really wants to know about you and your pain. He seems so much more knowledgeable then anyone else who was assigned to me. Even his staff complimented him to me. Samir Hamel, APRN, FNP-C, is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough provider. I had ongoing hip and groin pain, but other providers reviewed my MRI and X-rays and told me that nothing was wrong. Dr. Samir took my symptoms seriously and performed a detailed physical examination. He explained each test as he performed it, including the FADIR test, and clearly identified that it was positive and reproduced my groin pain. In my visit today I was able to speak throughly with NP Samir Hamel. He listened to my concerns, made me feel heard and explained in depth how my symptoms may be connected. Tests were ordered and many options provided & I feel so relieved that I am finally getting help to diagnose the symptoms I’ve been struggling with for so long.
