In the beginning the owner was patient and kind. She was a great help and we received excellent service. When we contacted her two months ago for additional cargo insurance. NO ONE will provide an answer. They answer the phone and they even had someone call me to state that they would return my call. I did research on the Insurance company and they are poorly rated. The underwriting company has A+ rating - as the Agent had promised. We will have to shop elsewhere. No one is returning our calls.
