First ill start with that the Sales team is great. At first there was a little misunderstanding when it came to a problem I had. Then Robby reached out to me and figured out how to fix it. I had previously left a not so good review but they reached out even before seeing it. So I would say customer service is top notch
Strongly suggest staying away from this place.
No pressure dealership, and they let me check the vehicle with my mechanic and fixed all problems that were found without any hesitation. Miranda and Robbie were very helpful and were always nice and patient with me asking any questions I had.
Bought a used truck from Integrity and the experience was very good. Miranda was polite and helpful and for the most part the transaction was quick and easy. Can't leave out the service guy Lamar who allowed us to put our truck up on the lift to inspect underneath our truck! Thank guys! Would highly recommend Integrity for used vehicles!
