Edit: following this review the folks over at Integrity promptly reached out and had the issue solved within a week. The salesman that I had been working with was no longer with the company and I had fallen through the cracks it seems. I am pleased with the outcome even if the path to get there was a bit bumpy. Purchased a RAV4 from them and when I got it inspected the Toyota dealer found a fault with one of the headlights and a leaky strut. They agreed to fix both issues. When I picked up the car we were still waiting for headlight parts, but they did not fix the strut and did not mention that they thought it was "fine" and did not need replacing until after papers were signed (the strut has continued to leak and still needs replacement. ) They replaced the headlight, but the headlight error persists (the dealer said it was afterm... read more
Miranda was very helpful and transparent through the entire process of buying my 4Runner. They jumped through some hoops to help me take home the vehicle that day which was a great experience. I bought a 2015 Buick Encore on August 19th, 2024. I got a good (not great) fare deal and Anthony the sales rep was fairly easy to work with. Props go to Matt the service manager. When I purchased the car it had a problem with the windshield wipers and Matt saw to it that the problem was taken care of at no charge to me.
