Drove 3 hours one way to look at a vehicle. We gave them 3 days notice that we were coming and they were cleaning the vehicle when we got there. We had to leave and waste an hour and a half of time for them to finish cleaning it and air up the tires. On top of that they seemed to know very little about the vehicle itself and it was nothing like it had been advertised.
