I went to Integrity about four times. Each time I went I personally paid my copayments and even paid one over the phone. My balance owed was zero. However, about two weeks after my last visit, I received a bill for my copayments stating they were not paid. I therefore called the number on my bill, which gave me the number to the billing department. When I called the number, the receptionist, who makes appointments, answered. Imagine taking your child here for something pretty straightforward only to have your child overdosed and in crisis at home. When asking for help two providers just told us to be patient. They weren't going through what we were with the dangerous med changes they made. When they screw up they tell you to be patient and don't help. Horrible care.

I was referred to Integrity for some anxiety and possible adhd? issues I was having. After a month of trying a couple different medications and then being prescribed anti depressants (which after doing research I decided not to even fill the prescription ) After receiving my bills I was floored on how much I was being charged and basically the way my visits were going I decided to give up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE , was told that they was in network just to find out later there not and was made to pay over 200 bucks for a office visit. Having low vision i relay on the help of my primary care giver and I have reached out to integrity mental health to make sure if they was in network. Only to be lied to. Not only did they told me they was in network they also told my primary care provider they was in network. They will tell you lies to get you in there office under false pretense.
