Dr Dillard is the best he just doesn't give you pills and send you on your way his goal is to figure out whats causing the problem. I love that if I have a problem I can email him personally and get an answer. If we need medicine you can pick it up there or they can mail it. All the ladies and nurses are the best also. They are always so pleasant and easy to talk to and lots of help. Although I just went on medicare I will still be going to Integrity. I think that the medical world should be ran like Integrity. I became a patient at Integrity Medicine because of the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, and I've stayed for the excellent care that I've received. DPC simplifies the doctor-patient relationship by removing the insurance company from the conversation. My interactions with Dr. Dillard take exactly the form that I need at the time - email for a quick question (sent him a picture of my ugly but healing thumb and got a "looking great" reply), text if something is urgent, and an extended visit for complicated issues or physicals.... read more
I feel very lucky to have Dr. Inman as my primary care provider. I have had some bad experiences in the past. Her care has drastically improved my quality of life. The practice has the most ideal and efficient model. Even getting your blood drawn there is relaxing as they have a nice chair, a pillow and the nurse is so gentle. Thank you
After a year of having Dr. Leah Inman as my doctor she gets an A++. Although in general I am a healthy person she takes care of my thyroid issue, mental health after Dad passed, blister issue between my toes and just downright encouragement. I needed a tetanus shot due to an injury. I received courteous and prompt attention and the additional whooping cough vaccine at the same time. I couldn't be more pleased with Integrity Medicine!
