My mobile home is from 1970s. The roof is fairly new. I mainly wanted to have the frame secured to where it had settled through time, with minimal problems with the roof or walls. The crew was quite capable and efficient. ~ Herb Bridgman
Integrity Leveling is very professional the owner met me at the site and explained not only the scope of work that was required to repair the condition of my manufactured home. he explained in detail in a way that was very easy to understand. The two technicians that performed the work were extremely pleasant and kept me up to date with the progress of the job. I would strongly recommend Integrity if you need their service.
We do our homework before having any work done on our home. Last year we had Integrity relevel our modular home since they had great reviews. They did a wonderful job with no new added cracks or issues. After recently receiving an email our yearly follow up appointment needed to be scheduled we called. Today David arrived and did an inspection. He also above and beyond helped me move a heavy potted plant. Very nice guy with genuine manners. I recently had my mobile home leveled as well as a complete master bathroom plumbing re-do. Phil was a great communicator, knowledgeable, and the pricing was fair and up front! The guys (Javon and Jeff) were professional and hard working gentleman. I appreciated the attention to the details and willingness to go the extra mile to make us happy. Do not hesitate to contact these guys to have your repairs done right. We live in San Juan Capistrano which they seem to do a lot of work in and around. Thank you!!
