My Mom is a vulnerable senior citizen. Her vulnerability is why she's been a scam victim previously. I had to help her through her entire home buying process because she doesn't understand things. It was me who had to DocuSign her purchase agreement and all documents with her realtor and homeowners insurance company because she doesn't understand the internet.
