If I could give zero stars, I would. This company should change their name immediately. There's barely any laminate and they have ZERO integrity, as their name depicts. Do NOT use this store under any circumstances. The owners are beyond unprofessional. Integrity Laminate Flooring is an excellent flooring store that was able to solve our store problem after another flooring store had failed. Although the laminate we had chosen was initially delivered in a defective condition and had to be shipped back to the vendor, the Integrity Laminate Flooring store owner immediately searched for an alternative in all stores in Florida and was able to install very quickly. Very fast and friendly service. The price was very fair. The installation was smooth and quick. I love my new floors. We had the entire downstairs done. Hopefully we can do the upstairs soon!

I loved working with John and Randy! And I love my floors!!! I got several estimates and knew as soon as I met these guys they were going to do the best for me! They did! We did our entire downstairs, finally got rid of carpet on the stairs and that honey oak engineered wood from the 90’s! They said they only carry flooring they would put in their own homes! Don’t go anywhere else, it’s a waste of time! Trust me!!
