If I could give zero stars, I would. This company should change their name immediately. There's barely any laminate and they have ZERO integrity, as their name depicts. Do NOT use this store under any circumstances. The owners are beyond unprofessional. This is a family business where the father and the daughter and both hotheads who cannot have a rational conversation without screaming. Integrity Laminate Flooring is an excellent flooring store that was able to solve our store problem after another flooring store had failed. Although the laminate we had chosen was initially delivered in a defective condition and had to be shipped back to the vendor, the Integrity Laminate Flooring store owner immediately searched for an alternative in all stores in Florida and was able to install very quickly.
