We've worked with Duane on several occasions. Most recently he performed a home inspection of our new condo in Scottsdale. As always, he was very detail oriented and as such, we were able to have several items (albeit they were relatively small) repaired by the seller prior to finalizing the purchase. Duane's reports are very thorough and printed on the spot, including photographs.

We have used Integrity Inspections of Arizona, LLC from 2006 and this company has performed over 175 inspections for our buyers over the last 8 years. In addition, almost invariably our buyers have stated that Integrity Inspections were professional, efficient and accurate. I have used Integrity Inspections of Arizona for my own home inspection. The inspection was second to none when compared to all inspectors I had used in my lifetime of purchasing homes. Additionally I have recommended the inspector Duane Smith to at least 25 of my clients and contacts. They have all came back to me to thank me for the referral. Very weak, generic inspection. Missed numerous issues I already knew about. When questioned about those issues, he then somehow found them. Left me with no confidence of a completed inspection. I paid for another inspection from another company and, sure enough, they found issues in the HVAC, electrical and roof that I had the sellers repair. I am grateful I went with another company, but upset I wasted my money with Integrity.

Learn from my near mistake! Go to the next inspector on your list. You will thank me! Duane Smith did a terrible job. Found a couple nickle and dime issues and that was all. After using Duane, the Realtor suggested I bite the bullet and pay for another one. Fortunately, the second inspector found issues significant enough for us to decide to back out of the deal and pursue a better home. Thankfully!!! I don't care about the wasted money, I am just grateful we didn't get stuck with a money pit because of a bad inspection.
