Terrible, unethical owner, steer clear of this place. The owner had affair with an employee who quit in shame. No Workman's Compensation insurance and left an employee hanging with a lot of medical bills. The state of Arizona did nothing, either. The owner admitted patients who did not have the mental capabilities to sign consents and expected employees to get the POA"s signatures after having the patients on services for close to a year!
