Absolutely worse home management I’ve ever had to deal with. From keeping my deposit from me for things that were broken from the moment we rented the house, to having someone be the face of their business that was absolutely disrespectful to deal with, renting out homes that weren’t up to code, and just overall being absolutely unprofessional to work with.
The entire staff at Integrity Homes have been phenomenal during our new home build process! They have helped us work through the complicated logistics of buying our new home based on the contingency of selling our existing home. We had the best experience with Integrity Homes! We recently relocated from Denver to the Grand Junction area for a slower pace of life. We wound up choosing the Vista Mesa subdivision for that dream. From start to finish we had a very positive experience. Lawrence and Charlotte build beautiful homes! Nice location. Somehow we drew the short straw! Unfinished work inside house! Unfinished landscaping! Plumbing issues. No integrity to correct these issues after multiple notifications!
