If you’re considering building with this builder, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. She is not detail-oriented, poorly organized, and very unprofessional in both communication and follow-through. Custom requests are not her strength — anything outside of her standard process is treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to create a truly custom home. Horrible quality of house building.
DO NOT build with this firm. Communication was nonexistent and any questions were met with “We know what we are doing”. In short the customer service was atrocious. The home is cheaply built and at 5 years old we have cabinets disintegrating, and we have had to replace every major kitchen appliance. A horrible experience. Just look up how many lawsuits they have open against them before considering buying with them.
