Horrible Home Healthcare. Very unprofessional. Owner is rude and became hostile when I gave her information regarding theft by one of her employees. She did not fire the thief. She sent them to some other unsuspecting elderly or disabled person. Afterwards, she sent someone else but cut my hours in half instead of following Medicaid's guidelines. Disgusting behavior.
After visiting Integrity Homecare Agency in Beaumont, Tx to gather some information about the services that they provide was very interesting. The staff were extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the business to provide people with a better quality of life. It's amazing to understand that even the owner herself goes and provide service alongside her amazing staff. "INTEGRITY" you ladies rock!!!!!!!!!!!!
