Matt did a thorough and detailed home inspection for our 11 month home warranty. He caught issues and details that were missed by another inspector during closing. Matt informed us that an issue related to incomplete decking in the attic was a city code violation and the builder must fix it. I contacted Matt Graham for a pre-listing home inspection, and I was blown away by his professionalism. If you need a trustworthy home inspector in Plano TX for a buyer or seller home inspection, Matt is a rare find. Knowledgeable, honest, and highly r... read more
First time home buyer, and Matt was exactly what we hoped for in a Home Inspector. Very honest, thorough, and works hard to make sure his clients are protected. Without a doubt, I will recommend him to anyone I ever meet who's buying a home. Thanks Matt 🫡
Matt did a fantastic job for our 11 month home inspection for a new construction home. He found out issues in the exterior and roof of the house which we weren't aware and the previous inspector even missed. He checked every plug point, every appliance, every vent, and every corner of the house to ensure things are working as stated. Lastly, he checked for seepage and mold growth through his thermal gun. Really great home inspector and would highly recommend.
Integrity Home Inspection and Mr. Matt Graham provided the best service in the area. I got my home inspection done while I was not in town, but everything went smoothly. Also, Mr. Graham is a very dedicated inspector. Highly recommended with all respect. A+
