When I first received my bill, I almost blinked, but timelines were ticking, and backing out was not an option. I'm buying a 110 year old house. That means I need to know exactly what I'm getting into. By the time the inspection was over and the debrief with me and my agent was done, I was fully aware that I got what I paid for. They did a fantastic, thorough job, and my inspector, Brian, was wonderful to work with.
