Terrible experience with Integrity Home Inspections. His inspection cost me the sale of my house in a timely manner. First, his report was 50 pages too long, and would have given a really bad impression of a perfect home. Second, he was in error regarding the electric in my house: the wire gauges *were* appropriate and there was *no* aluminum wiring in my house. Also, he flagged double tapping of the breakers, but this is allowed and was donw correctly. My attorney said he would not hire IHS himself nor would he ever recomme... read more
