I worked here and LOVE the managers and the patients. If you’re in the Brigham city/Tremonton area I highly recommend Integrity because of their top notch nurses that go above and beyond and the CNAs that would do anything for their patients. The training here for the staff is better than I have seen at a lot of places/ they know what they are doing!
