Integrity hospice was disgusting. They only had pils for a patient, my mom, who could not my swallow pills. They finally ordered liquid medicine which we had to go 30 miles to get. And liquid wax not good for her because of her state. So she was aspirating the liquid medicine! They told us they couldn’t get suppositories cause too expensive! I worked in a hospice, a good one in my younger years.This hospice is worthless and the nurses the not good. Sorry but this hospice is pathetic.

My aide was great. I love her to death. But the office staff, one in particular, I believe has violated HIPAA laws by talking to my landlord about my services with the company and because of her misinformation or just making up things for spite, I now have an eviction notice. So I hope she loses her job because there is no telling who else she has done it to. I am a disabled single mom to 2 special needs children and now I have no where to go.

Integrity was recommended to us, but we will not recommend the company. Our family did not get the highest service. The caregiver was a gem but the office staff and management was short in knowledge and professionalism. Since we needed a helping hand - not more people to check-in with, we ended our service with Integrity after 2 weeks.
