These people are scammers. You purchased my house i made sure you put earnest money down.. you not only didnt turn in contract you said your profolio didn't align... bro you had 15 days but that's not a reason too why you didn't put earnest money down. These guys probably try too scam people with no earnest money down! My lawyer looking into this this!
