Jay installed a new patio door and a new front entry door for us a few years ago and did a terrific job. He had some very helpful and money saving ideas. He was personable and polite and things were clean and tidy when he left. I have recommended him to several friends and would definitely use his services again.
Never again! If Jay from Integrity tells you he is a carpenter, run the other way. He made such a mess of my garage door that I had to pay a door installer and a master carpenter to go back behind him and redo the job. In that process, I learned two things about Jay. 1. He does not know how to use a level or drop a plumb line, or else he was too sloppy to bother for my job. The top of my doorframe and the bottom were a ½ inch difference on both sides. 2.
