Jason is a fabulous technician. Air conditioning went down this morning. I called at 3:30. They had a technician at my house at 5:30. He walked me through what he was doing and where the problem was discussed the benefits of a service plan and got my air conditioning up and running. I would definitely recommend this company.

Samuel was courteous and concerned about repairing My AC. He presented well and knowledgeable as he troubleshooted my compressor & condensor and repaired. SHAWN was excellent at servicing & repairing the leaky PVC connections on my furnace. He insured the Warranty was honored and worked quickly & efficiently. Jason throughly cleaned my air-conditioning unit and regulated temperatures for extending it's life to the max.
I called yesterday at 4pm with my AC not working, and they had a technician here by 10am the next morning. The problem turned out to be a clogged drain that had tripped the shut-off switch - something I never would have figured out on my own. What impressed me most was how thorough and professional the technician was. He took videos to show me exactly what the problem was and walked me through the repair process.
