I recently had my furnace go out and I called Integrity for a technician to come out and take a look at it. Within about 15 minutes the technician determined that there was an issue with my dual pressure switch, and then proceeded to tell me they could order that part, but that it was $800. I luckily have a friend who works in HVAC and he found the same part for me within the range of $70-180. After my furnace stopped working at the worst time possible when the outside temp was 10°F inside my house plummeted to 52. I called Integrity Heating & Cooling because they have 24 hrs. service. 35 minutes later their technician Todd arrived. Nice gentleman and professional. He know exactly what to do after his diagnosis and testing the electricals. Fixed the problem in a short time. Thank you Todd and thank you Integrity HVAC
